BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Boulder Ridge Day Camp offers a traditional day camp experience in the rolling hills of Northern Connecticut. Simply put, Boulder Ridge Day Camp is an adventure every day.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Dance, Theater, Music/Band, Fine Arts/Crafts, Video/Filmmaking/Photography, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Gymnastics, Swimming, Tennis, Waterfront/Aquatics, Volleyball, Martial Arts, Team Sports, Science, Adventure, Wilderness/Nature, and more. Fencing, Nature & Hiking, Mountain Bikes, Archery, Climbing Tower & Zip Line, High & Low Ropes Course, Pedal Karts, Cooking, Gaga, Playgrounds
CAMP LOCATION: We are located in Litchfield County, CT on 70 acres
CAMP FACILITIES: Heated swimming pool, multiple sports field, private pond, tennis & basketball courts, amphitheater, climbing tower, high & low ropes courses, miles of trails, and various indoor spaces
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Boulder Ridge is a traditional day camp where campers get to experience a large variety of activities. Red cross swim lessons and daily elective periods are available.
CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: We offer a CIT program for 14 and 15 year old who have attended camp previously.
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: We are also available April - October for class picnics, corporate events, family reunions & weddings!
OTHER CAMP INFO: Bus transportation is available from many Litchfield & Hartford county towns

SUMMER CAMP JOBS:
Boulder Ridge Day Camp in Barkhamsted, CT is now hiring! We are looking for fun, outgoing, and energetic staff members for a co-ed day camp in Barkhamsted, CT. Positions available include senior counselors, lifeguards, and various program area counselors. Perfect for college students and teachers looking to fill their summers with an exciting outdoor experience.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate, working towards a college degree. Must be available from June 26 – August 18, 2017 – Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, with mandatory staff training in the weeks prior to the start of camp.
