CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Roger begins each season with a week-long staff training to ensure staff are given all the tools to run quality programming and guide friend-making. All staff are First Aid and CPR certified.

Over the years we have welcomed campers from around Utah and the world for a memorable experience that will last a lifetime! Camp Roger is approximately one-hour from Salt Lake City, in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Camp Roger is an overnight camp with cabin groups of 8-10 boys or girls. Camp facilities include cabins, a lodge, basketball court, sand volleyball court, beaver pond, bike trails, horse trails, hiking trails, boy and girl bath houses, nature center, craft house, infirmary, and a large meadow great for running and group games.

The Camp Roger leadership programs are multiple week programs dedicated to transitioning teens into our future leaders. During their time at Camp Roger leadership campers will be learning what it means to be a leader, and the necessary skills and responsibilities involved.

CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: The YMCA realizes that families have differing abilities to pay and has introduced a voluntary tiered pricing program to enable all families the opportunity for a quality camp experience for their children. This program is voluntary, requires no paperwork, and in no way influences the experience your child receives. Simply choose the rate that is appropriate for your family.

TIER A is based on the full cost of a child participating in camp programs. This rate reflects the actual cost of sending a camper to camp.

TIER B is a partially subsidized rate that will help families that cannot afford the full cost of the camp program.

FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): Try It Out Camp-Out is held June 8-9, 4 pm-8 am followed by our public Annual Open House. This is the perfect opportunity for first-time campers who could benefit from a practice night at camp with their families. Bring your own tent and pitch in the field or claim a cabin! (Cabins sleep 12). Dinner and breakfast are included. Go online for more information.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Trefoil Ranch offers horseback riding, high and low ropes courses, archery, biking, and hiking. Camp Cloud Rim offers canoeing, sailing, kayaking, swimming, photography, pottery, rock climbing, hiking, and backpacking.

Our camps range from 3 days, 6 days, or 10 days. A typical 6 day camp starts at $255.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The Beyond the Basics of TKD Extended-Day Camp includes everything from the White Belt Day Camp, but also explores many of our other programs, including Leadership, Tricks & Flips, Self Defense, Nunchucks, & Board Breaking. CAMP FACILITIES: 10 small cabins of 8-12 people each. A main hall where we do some lectures. There is a beautiful hike which is optional each morning.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: This is our 12th year and we are a renowned camp within the American Red Cross. Our Youth programs are designed to build the capacity of youth as leaders and give them opportunities to practice and serve as such.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our whole camp is a leadership training program.

CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: We have a reduced camp fee of $100 for those that financially qualify and we also just never turn away someone who wants to come.

CAMP SESSION DATES & FEES:
Usually the last week in June from Monday to Friday. Camp fee is $250. We provide a bus from the American Red Cross in Murray for those that don't want to be dropped off directly at the camp.

The team is also responsible for helping non-art-major students develop robust supplemental art portfolios for applying top private universities.

CAMP FACILITIES: There are 2 main rooms including a full spring tumbling floor, all equipped with official national Taekwondo mats.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camps are available for kids ages 4 & up, with or without martial arts experience. Get ready to have fun learning the newest kicks, combinations, jumpkick acrobatic skills, weapons, and forms. In addition, campers will learn what it takes to become the next High Performance Athlete in life through developing character development.
