BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: The award winning Wizbots Summer Camps combines LEGO® robotics, Java coding, and lots of imagination to provide campers with a fun, applied way to learn Java programming and creative problem-solving. Our unique gamified curriculum instantly draws both novices and more advanced learners into a world of STEM, innovation, engineering, building and coding.

For Summer 2020, we have had to close our in-person camps due to COVID-19. We are offering a variety of live, online classes instead at our WizAcademy. WizAcademy offers engaging and fun online courses with live, passionate mentors. Our wide variety of subjects are designed to spark curiosity, deepen knowledge, develop a creative problem-solving mindset and foster a love of learning.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our camps are typically held in school classrooms, community centers, and churches and utilize outdoor playgrounds.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Our campers are immersed in a hands-on and collaborative environment that cultivates and celebrates what we at Wizbots refer to as EPIC (Experimental, Persistent, Imaginative, Collaborative) qualities which are key to success. Kids journey through our extensive curriculum in pairs and at their own pace, tackling new project challenges and earning bands of recognition for leveling up. At Wizbots the journey is deep, so campers can join us week after week and always learn something new.
Parents also get to experience the fun as their child's project videos are posted online to see and share! Our camps are led by experienced Mentors with a passion for education and a deep sense of play and fun. Girls and boys, alike, find Wizbots instantly engaging and fun and learn so much during our camp!
Our regular camp is for campers aged 8-14 and our junior camp is open to campers aged 6-7.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Wizbots unique, year-round curriculum - our "Path to Mastery" - ensures kids of all abilities can be challenged and successful while advancing their powers of innovation. No matter when kids join us, they are always doing something new.

Wizbots will also help you throw a fun Birthday Party for your child by bringing to your home a full cart of equipment and providing 90 minutes of hands-on robotics fun.
CAMP SESSION DATES & FEES:
We are running week-long online classes from June 8, 2020 through August 14, 2020. The 90-minute classes meet Mondays through Fridays, with options offered throughout the day to fit your schedule.
